Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Poke's PowerSports LLC. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
1.3 How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at Returns@PokesPowerSports.com to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
2.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as outlined in the "How to Return an Item" section and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.
3.2 Exchange Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Returns@PokesPowerSports.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned according to our returns policy.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Returns@PokesPowerSports.com. Provide details of the damage or defect along with photographic evidence if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
